I've done this project aiming to study Houdini and his procedural work. I've done the torus animation first, hanging from one side to another, then I've simulated the rope on top of it using Vellum. For the moss, I've used VOP with noise animation and scattered some little leaves using this moss map.
For this project, I've used Houdini for modeling and simulation, Cinema 4D and Octane Render to the lookdev work, and Davinci Resolve / After Effect for post process.
